How fast do you ship?
Orders leave the warehouse within 24–48 hours. You’ll get real-time tracking by email and in your account.
How do I submit my images for multiple necklaces in one order?
Select the color option you want, input the image, add to cart and then repeat for the rest of the necklaces. Our team will take care of the rest.
What if I need help setting up?

Why don’t you accept returns?
Every VeilChains necklace is custom made using the specific photo you upload. Because the piece is personalized and created just for you, it cannot be restocked or resold to another customer. For that reason, we do not offer returns or exchanges.
